Upgrade or downgrade my account?

Should you wish to upgrade / downgrade your package/account this can be done by sending an email to with your request or by simply opening a ticket selecting the "Account Inquiry" option.

Please allow up to 24 hours for any changes to take effect. Pro-Rata data may be charged for upgrading. Downgrading a package will only be done on the following billing cycle as to our Terms and Conditions.
